Actions vs Words

There is an old saying  ‘Actions Speak Louder Than Words’. 

And I do believe it is true.

Talk is cheap and it can be very easy for one to talk about values, morals, etc.

But it is what a person does, that tells what their true beliefs and values are.

One can speak about the importance of being honest and act deceitfully.

One can brag about being kind while behaving rudely in public.

One can talk about being a loving person and display an attitude of callousness.

When you encounter someone whose words are not reflected in their actions, pay attention.

People’s behavior says something about who they are.

Behaviors give insight into character.

Character is the distinct qualities of a particular individual. 

Character is the marker of who a person actually is, not just an image based on words.
