What comes to mind when I say Boundaries? Do you know what they are? Do you have

healthy boundaries?

Boundaries are limits you set up for yourself. Boundaries are about YOUR Responses. They are not a way to try to control other people. If you have ever tried to set boundaries for someone else, then you probably understand how frustrating and useless that can be.

Healthy Boundaries might include things like not checking work emails on the weekend or after 6pm, being okay with saying “no” to things you don’t want to do, blocking rude or hurtful accounts on social media, or setting aside time each week to exercise.

What are some boundaries you have set up? Are they healthy or unhealthy? What needs to change about your boundaries?
