For Today…. Consider Your Thoughts


Did you know that the average person has around 6,000 thoughts per day? 

Of course, we tend to disregard most of these random thoughts. 

But thoughts about ourselves and how we are viewed by others can become a point of attention. 

When one’s thoughts lean toward a negative perspective about self, take a pause. 

At times it is easy to believe a thought is true simple because “I thought it!”  But is it? 

If you are aware of negative thoughts, pause and consider. 

What is the evidence that this thought is true? 

You may discover there is no evidence and that some thoughts are not true at all.
