Think of one person who has made your life better in a meaningful way. What did they do that made an impact?


Choose a way to let them know this week that you are grateful for them: in person, by phone, in a handwritten note, or by email or text.


Noticing the people who have been positive influences in your life and expressing gratitude to them is one of the best practices for your well-being, especially when you are feeling down.
