Do you have a tendency to push harder, self-criticize, and be harsh to yourself? Do you set a higher standard for perfection for yourself than you expect from others?


Take time today to become aware of your self-expectations. Realize that pushing yourself harder doesn’t always create better outcomes.


High levels of personal expectations will lead to increased stress, worry, and burn-out. Practice accepting yourself instead of being self-critical.
